- Telephonic lead validation and qualification: Make first contact through telephone and get basic information about the requirement, organisation details, inform about our total product portfolio and find out any other product requirement.
- Follow up with list of customers targeted for specific campaign – For running specific campaigns, Regional Managers (Sales) are submitting lists of target customers to Marketing Head / Sales VP. After rolling the campaign, contact these leads and confirm having received the details, any further details required, how they will proceed with utilising the campaign etc. and qualify if they could be prospect.
